We asked:

How did you two meet?

From Amanda: Jeremy & I met while working at a radio station in San Diego called FM94/9. I knew him as a casual friend for over a year before ever thinking I might even ‘like’ him! The turning point was a night all of the co-workers were supposed to go rollerskating (don’t laugh, it was my idea and I own the fact that I LOVE rollerskating!). The night we were supposed to go Jeremy called and said everyone bailed on us (this may have been his ploy looking back). I said who cares let’s go anyway! So we did. A night of rollerskating turned into skiball, bowling and In & Out burger and the rest is history!

What do you love most about each other?
Honestly, the thing I love most about Jeremy is his thoughtfulness and his big heart. I knew he was different from other guys when he took a day off work (he NEVER takes off work) on my Dad’s birthday, because he knew I was upset about the recent passing of my Dad. He drove me around SD to all of the places that my Dad was stationed in the Marines and remembered meaningful things I had told him about Dad and at the end of the day he put together a beautiful video with music and shared it with my family. I’m not sure what Jeremy loves most about me. He does always tell me that everyday with me is an adventure and that it always feels like Christmas..haha. That’s pretty cool:) We can go with that!

What have you learned in your years of marriage?
In 3 years of marriage I think we’ve built upon what we knew in the beginning. It’s important to give and take and remember the small and thoughtful things. We both always say thank you and I love you everyday. We are always goofy too so that’s been the key to our happiness.
